About the Event
Meet us on Sunday, April 21st at 1:00pm, at the front door of the White House to rally around 21 young Americans fighting for a livable climate future for all of us! We’ll gather on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House and hear from youth plaintiffs from across the nation including the landmark constitutional climate case, Juliana v. United States, the winning Held v. Montana case, Genesis v. U.S. EPA, and Layla H. v. Virginia. Together, we can DEMAND President Biden tell the DOJ: Send Juliana to trial! LET THE YOUTH BE HEARD!
We will also be hearing from plaintiffs, represented by Our Children's Trust, from youth-led constitutional climate rights lawsuits, including Juliana v. United States and winning case, Held v. Montana!
